Extra-spicy with a touch of sweetness, our collaboration project with The Shack and Catbird Sauce Company starts with fresh tomato and habanero. Then we add The Shack's sorghum and ghost pepper hot sauce; and season with Catbird's miso and tamari Worcestershire.
