Bloody Brilliant
Our flagship mix and the one that started it all. When Will’s drinking a Bloody Mary on the porch in Richmond, it’s a good bet it’s Brilliant.
Locally-grown tomato juice with spicy horseradish, Worcestershire, and cayenne pepper. Bright, briny, and enough heat to cure what ails ya.
Gluten-free; contains anchovy.
Bloody Blue Ridge
Just Bottled!
We don’t have a favorite Mary, but the kinda-annual Blue Ridge release is always a treat for us here at BPP.
With locally-grown tomato juice, fresh habaneros, savory Worcestershire, and sweet-and-spicy sorghum hot sauce, Bloody Blue Ridge is rich and tangy with tons of umami. This one’s proper hot, folks.
Vegan and gluten-free.
Bloody Baja
Perennial crowd-pleaser, responsible for converting a bunch of “no thanks, I don’t like Bloody Marys” folks to believers. We mill together local tomatoes with organic sweet corn, and then blend in fresh garlic and a little bit of jalapeño.
We season it with cumin and smoked paprika for a Southwest-style mix that makes a delicious Bloody Mary but an almost-perfect Bloody Maria. And if there’s any left in the jar, it makes a mean chicken and rice, too.
Vegan and gluten-free.
Bloody Bella
We’re not into celery seed in our Bloody Marys, but we can get behind toasted fennel seed. Add Italian bullhorn peppers for sweetness, and Calabrian chilies for heat, and you’ve got an Italian situation - a Bloody Mariella? - that’s perfect with cured meats, bacon, and olives.
Vegan (unless you add the pork, that’s on you) and gluten-free.
Bloody Bangkok
If you know, you know: fish sauce is the secret ingredient to a next-level Bloody Mary.
Get outta here with that Clamato – this is fresh tomato juice, Thai red curry paste, lemongrass, and just enough fish sauce to keep things interesting. Sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and packed with umami.
