Blue Ridge Moonshine Mary
It's a cold and dreary December Saturday, and what you WANT is to stay inside and sit by the fire. We get it. However, what you NEED is to make yourself this sweet and spicy Bloody Mary with our new Bloody Blue Ridge and some Belle Isle Moonshine. South of James Farmers Market goes until noon, so grab some weekend supplies and let's get to work.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Bloody Mary Salt from J.Q. Dickinson Salt Company⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 2oz Belle Island Honey Habanero Moonshine⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 0.5oz Lime Mother Shrub⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 8oz Bloody Blue Ridge⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - Fresh lemon, for garnish⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Coat the rim of a 16oz glass with lemon juice and dip the rim in salt. Fill the glass halfway with ice. Add the moonshine and shrub, and then top up with Bloody Blue Ridge until your glass is full. Stir until very cold. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
