Sweet and Spicy Baja Michelada
It's finally March and spring is just nineteen days away! We can officially say that we're done with winter, and that calls for a cocktail that says "Hello, warm weather!" Try this sweet and spicy michelada on for size:
⠀⠀ - Sea salt with chili powder - 2oz fresh squeezed orange juice - A splash of Worcestershire sauce -1/2 teaspoon of Number One Sons Red Brau Chili Bear hot sauce - 4oz Bloody Baja - 12oz light Mexican beer
Rub the rim of the glass with fresh orange juice, then coat the rim with the seasoned salt. Combine the remaining orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and Bloody Mary mix in the glass, then pour in the beer. Garnish with orange peel, pickled jalapeno, or your favorite accouterments.
