Tomatini Fizz

When times are tough, you can count on the timeless things, like a classic cocktail. Here's a bubbly, citrusy Tomatini Fizz (because that sounds better than Bloody Martini) to lift your spirits. Made with organic Rio Star grapefruit from 4P Foods, it's a vitamin C-packed smile in a glass!



Ingredients:


1 oz freshly-squeezed red grapefruit juice

2 oz gin

2 oz Bloody Brilliant

0.25 oz dry vermouth

Splash of olive juice

2 oz club soda, chilled

Grapefruit wedge and green olives for garnish

Method:


Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass halfway with ice. Add the grapefruit juice, gin, Bloody Brilliant, vermouth, and a splash of olive juice. Stir until very, very cold. Give it a taste - for more sweetness, add a splash more grapefruit; for more savory, add a splash more olive juice.


Strain into a martini glass and top with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit wedge (or a twist, if you're feeling fancy) and a skewer of green olives.
